By accessing or using NSJ Express ("the Service"), operated by NSJ Express Pty Ltd (ABN 20 692 118 531), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

NSJ Express is a freight booking and shipping management platform that allows businesses to compare courier rates, book shipments, and manage deliveries across Australia.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate business and contact information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service

4. Pricing and Payments

• Shipping rates displayed are estimates and may vary based on actual parcel dimensions and weight
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise

5. Shipping and Liability

NSJ Express acts as an intermediary between you and courier partners. While we facilitate bookings and provide tracking, the actual carriage of goods is performed by third-party carriers subject to their own terms and conditions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific shipment in question.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to ship prohibited items including but not limited to dangerous goods, illegal substances, or items restricted under Australian law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
